Social Media Management

So I think you should leverage this advantage and find small business owners who struggle on social media to manage their accounts. You can totally do any of this work in your free time if you manage accounts for just a few clients.
If you use scheduling tools like Tailwind for example, you can plan content for your clients' accounts on a weekend with the posts for the entire week. I'll give you a link to this tool in the description below.

If you check for Instagram Managers even on a site like Upwork you'll find that an average rate is about $35-50 an hour.

Freelance writing

I know that it doesn't sound fancy that you'll have to sit at your desk and type texts but if I told you that you can do it from anywhere in the world, your income can reach up to $1000/day even on sites like Fiverr or Upwork?

Look at the story of this girl who started by selling $5 editing services on Fiverr at the time for some side cash but then she ended up making $150,000 in 6-months and was featured on CNBC Make It with her story.

Freelance writing can be worked into any busy schedule and can be a great side income. If you have a talent for writing this is also a good side job for you.

To get jobs faster, I recommend you to position yourself as an expert in a particular subject or niche.

Hopefully, you already have some published work in the niche you want to cover, even on your personal website or on free blogging platforms like Medium.com.

If you have no previous work then you could find a blog or business that would publish a couple of your articles for free. You will give them free content, in return, they will help you build up your portfolio.

Blogging
Really close to freelance writing because you'll essentially need the same skills. The difference is though that as a freelancer, you can get paid right away for each article you wrote.
As a blogger, you will have to work for a much longer time without seeing any payouts. A new blog needs to gain some authority at least in the first year of blogging.
So I recommend this side hustle as one with a huge income potential but maybe not as your main income stream right away.
On the bright side, your income growth potential can be phenomenal and you can totally start blogging in your free time. Personally, I worked on my blog while working full-time in the first year. Yes, it's not always fun to skip Friday parties or work on your weekends, but it really can pay off.

Online Tutoring
Throughout my years at University, I was giving in-person language lessons to foreign students that lived on the same student campus with me. Back then, I didn't have a laptop with an Internet connection in my dorm, there were no online services to teach students remotely.
Anyway, you guys are way luckier these days!
I'd recommend you just open a site like Indeed.com and search for online tutoring jobs. You will be surprised that many don't require you to have a college degree, so you can start teaching even being a student yourself.

5. Affiliate Marketing
I really like affiliate marketing because you can start it for free, you don't even need to have your own website. And I honestly think it's the best way to start making money even if you have a small audience on social media.
You can start with short-form content platforms like Tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest and add your affiliate links there.
If you want to dig deeper into this, check my video about affiliate marketing on Pinterest.
Essentially, affiliate marketing means selling a product that is not yours for a commission. You then get to earn money for each sale you make, meaning that all you need to do is to connect that product with an audience that will appreciate it.
When a buyer clicks on your affiliate link, they will first be redirected to another page on the web. Here, a cookie will be stored on their computer.
