About 4 months ago I made a video on a 3 ETF high income portfolio that would generate a 12% dividend yield and provide investors over $1,000 per month in passive dividend income.
And today I want to review this portfolio because not only am I very pleased with the results but they've actually beat my expectations. this portfolio has not only managed to keep up with the S&P 500 but has even outperformed it.
And this is because of the strategic allocation towards these three ETFs that reflect my Outlook on the markets moving forward. And this is based on many factors like economic trends, interest rates and market volatility.
So what is this three ETF combination and what is in my opinion the best percentage allocation moving into 2025?
Now I also want to address some concerns that many of you guys have voiced about one of these ETFs, and the primary topic of discussion here is nav erosion. And I'll explain that in just a second.
On top of that I'll briefly touch on tax implications with these types of high income ETFs so that everyone has an understanding when it comes to taxation on different types of dividend income. Such as qualified dividends and non-qualified dividends. And this part will be brief so I'll make a totally separate video for this.
